Initially has a slightly unique or unusual flavour but I found it quite easy to get used to and quite enjoy it now. I like the fact that it has such a high amount of protein per serve along with other essential vitamins and minerals like iron.

Not the biggest fan of caramel but this tastes nice. It isn't too sweet / overpowering. It mixes well , takes about 10 -15 seconds to get thoroughly mixed with a spoon in about 300ml of water. I might be nitpicking but wish the scoop handle was a little bit longer and it was more rigid.
