Please note we ship Australia wide. We do not ship internationally. 

Delivery options are as follows:
$12 standard flat rate on Australia wide shipping
$17 express rate on Australia wide shipping
FREE - Local delivery
FREE - Local pick up

$12 flat rate standard postage on all orders. 
$17 flat rate for express postage.

LOCAL DELIVERY (Torquay and Jan Juc)
FREE - Please select 'local delivery' if the local delivery address is Torquay or Jan Juc.
*Delivery days: Monday, Wednesday and Friday (No specified time).

DISPATCH, TRACKING & DELIVERY

- Your Neat order is packed and dispatched within 1-3 business days
- We will notify you via email and provide you with your tracking number
- You will be able to track this order on the carrier’s website by using your tracking number.
- You should expect delivery within 5-8 business days of ordering. Please note due there have been some delayed in shipping from Victoria due to COVID.
- Order cannot be re-directed once dispatched, please be careful when entering your address.
