REFUND POLICY

Thank you very much for shopping with Neat Nutrition.

PROTEIN POWDER (RETURNS / EXCHANGES)

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for any reason including 'change of mind'. Please bear this in mind when ordering from us.

If you are not happy with the product, if the product is damaged / faulty or you have received an incorrect item, please send us a direct email addressing your concern within 7 days of delivery. Please include your full name, purchase date and concern and we will attempt to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

APPAREL (RETURNS)

You may return your Neat Nutrition apparel as long as it is unworn, unused, in its original condition (see below), with tags still attached and within 7 days of receiving the item(s). 

Please note: Original condition means the item must not be damaged or marked and must not have been washed for the refund to be issued. It will be up to the discretion of Neat Nutrition to determine if the item(s) are not in their original condition.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable and are at the customer's expense unless we are responsible for the return.

APPAREL (EXCHANGES)

If you are not happy with the fit or style of the apparel and would like to exchange for another item or size (and the item(s) meet our rules of return as listed above) please contact us via email with the EXCHANGE REQUEST and we will provide you with further instructions.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
As noted above all requests for a return or exchange must be received by Neat Nutrition within 7 days of delivery. 
Replacement apparel will only be shipped once the original item(s) have been received and the condition has been checked and approved.

Refunds for apparel will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please note it can take up to 48 hours for money to be credited by the bank into the customer's account. The refund will be issued to the account which the customer originally paid.

If you feel your return or request falls outside of our policy, please contact us directly via email. It is our aim to ensure our customers are happy, so please don't hesitate to contact us and we will attempt to resolve any issues.
